A series of travel restrictions are coming into effect across Indiana this week.
The restrictions include:Airports are closed from noon to 8 p.m.
Thursday and Friday.
All flights will be cancelled until 9 p.-m.
All flights are cancelled for the week of Oct. 9 through Oct. 10.
A total of 6,000 people will be allowed to board flights on Friday and Saturday, but that number will be limited to 400.
On Saturday, all flights will only allow 500 people to board.
The Indiana Department of Transportation will be issuing all airline boarding passes to people who have been affected by the restrictions.
A number of hotels are also closing.
Those affected hotels will have a one-time cost of $30.
Those who can’t get in to stay in their hotels will be charged $75.
Those who have canceled their hotel reservation and don’t want to stay at their hotel will have to book their hotel directly at BJ’s.
Some hotels are already offering discounted rates for those who are impacted.
